Terms and Conditions
· Charges are based on actual time worked.
· The same rates will apply when clients require additional services above the hours retained, time permitting. If you find more time is consistently needed your retainer can be adjusted.
· Unused hours do not roll over. This time has been reserved for you whether you use it or not.
Contracts
A signed service contract is required to ensure agreement between AdminBiz and each client for rates and the scope of work to be completed.
Expenses
External expenses are charged to the client based on prior agreement and authorization. This includes but is not limited to postage, mileage, third-party vendors, and other incidental expenses.
Payment
Payments to AdminBiz are due within 30 days of invoice date. Checks and credit cards (via PayPal) are accepted.
· 50% deposit required for new clients.
